This policy does not transfer any ownership rights
All marks are legally protected intellectual property
You may use the Trademarks solely for the following purposes:
Referring to Sky Nexus's products and services in a manner that is truthful, fair, and not misleading.
Indicating that your product or service is compatible with, or designed for use with, Sky Nexus's products or services.
Including the Trademarks in news articles, commentary, and similar non-commercial contexts.
You may not use the Trademarks in any manner that:
Sky Nexus actively monitors and enforces its trademark rights. Violations may result in legal action.
When using the Trademarks, you must:
